Thank you for your interest in participating at IPAC’21. The conference will be organized in the virtual event management platform WHOVA. Please be aware you need to be registered to get access to the IPAC 2021 virtual platform during the conference.

The event is not available on Whova yet. As soon as we publish it you will receive an e-mail.

Students granted the conference registration fee will receive a payment voucher by e-mail from April 1st to fill in the registration form.
The dealine for submitting student grant requests is Friday, March 19th, 2021.

Registration (single or multiple) can be done directly using a credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Requests for cancellation and/or refund of the registration fee must be sent to eventos@cnpem.br.

Cancellations will be accepted until May 9th, 2021 and an administrative fee of USD 75 will be charged for payments made by bank transfer. Note that payments made by credit card will be exempt from administration fee.

Cancellations received on or after May 10th, 2021 will be non-refundable.

The refund will be made by chargeback on the credit card or by bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.

Due to our commitment to the safety and well-being of everyone, the 12th International Particle Accelerator Conference - IPAC’21 will be an online event via Whova platform. The app allows a complete interaction and networking between the delegates from the worldwide.
